Join GoFood as a Senior Associate and help shape how millions of users experience food delivery every day. In this role, you’ll tackle real user problems, turn data and user insights into action, and drive initiatives that directly impact growth and customer experience.
You’ll work hands-on with multiple teams — from marketing and operations to product — while staying close to users to ensure what we build truly matters.

What You Will Do
Identify and solve user and business problems by analyzing customer behavior, transaction data, and operational metrics
Drive user-centric initiatives to optimize the GoFood experience and unlock sustainable growth
Translate insights into clear recommendations and executable programs across marketing, product, and operations
Partner with multiple teams to design and deliver end-to-end customer journey improvements
Monitor key performance metrics through dashboards and regular analysis
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and support alignment across teams
What You Will Need
5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business operations, or related roles (tech or consulting preferred)
Strong data analytics skills, with hands-on experience using SQL
Comfortable combining data with user insights to drive decisions
Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
User-first, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
