Key Responsibilities

  • Connect CRM, marketing, and product systems to ensure unified data flow and operational efficiency
  • Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity
  • Build and manage data pipelines that support real-time visibility into sales and marketing performance
  • Analyse engagement metrics and GTM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
  • Continuously test, optimise, and refine GTM systems to support faster, smarter revenue operations

Requirements

  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Airtable, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate strategic insights.
  • Experience building scalable GTM systems or revenue operations workflows is a major plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or B2B setting is highly preferred.
