AI overview

Own the entire communication pipeline for product releases to ensure effective user adoption and implement a consistent rollout process, all within an AI-driven environment.

Your mission

The Role

We need a Go-to-Market Communication Specialist to take ownership of how we communicate product updates, new features, and platform changes to our users.

Right now, this process is ad-hoc and inconsistent. Features ship without proper rollout communication. That's a problem—we're building great things that don't reach users effectively.

This is a hands-on IC role. You won't manage a team. You'll own the entire communication pipeline from feature release to user adoption, supported by AI tools to move fast.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning end-to-end go-to-market communication for product releases and updates
  • Writing and sending product newsletters and release notes
  • Creating and managing in-app pop-ups, tooltips, and onboarding flows for new features
  • Producing short onboarding videos and walkthroughs
  • Running key customer demos for major feature launches
  • Coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align on release timelines
  • Building a repeatable, consistent rollout process (replacing the current ad-hoc approach)
  • Tracking adoption metrics post-launch to measure communication effectiveness

Your profile

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • 3+ years in product marketing, product communication, or a similar GTM role
  • Strong writing skills—clear, concise, user-facing copy that explains complex features simply
  • Experience with in-app messaging tools (Intercom, Pendo, Chameleon, or similar)
  • Comfortable creating lightweight video content (Loom, screen recordings, short tutorials)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Self-starter who can build processes from scratch

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, especially music, fintech, or data-heavy platforms
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Customer.io, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Basic design skills for creating visual assets (Figma, Canva)
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production

Who You Are

You think in user outcomes, not feature lists. When engineering ships a new module, your first question is: "How do I make sure the right users know about this and actually use it?"

You write fast and iterate faster. You don't need a 10-person review chain to publish a newsletter. You leverage AI to draft, refine, and scale your output—but you have the judgment to know when something needs a human touch.

You're organized enough to run a repeatable launch process, but flexible enough to handle last-minute releases. You care about adoption numbers, not just open rates.

Why us?

Why This Role

  • Greenfield opportunity: You'll define how we communicate with users. No legacy process to fight.
  • Direct impact: Every feature you roll out properly drives retention and satisfaction.
  • AI-native environment: We invest in AI tooling. You'll have the resources to move fast without a large team.
  • Growing platform: Label OS is expanding rapidly. There's no shortage of things to communicate.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a short example of product communication you've created (newsletter, release note, onboarding flow—anything that shows how you explain product value to users).
