Who You Are
You are a Go High Level (GHL) expert who thrives on creating scalable, automated systems that just work. You understand funnels, CRM, messaging, AI workflows, payments, memberships, affiliates, and third-party API integrations. You translate business requirements into reliable, documented, compliance-first builds. You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and excellent at training and enablement. You are comfortable designing automation workflows and building complex partner/affiliate centers, including multi-tier commission structures.
Responsibilities
• Own GHL architecture, strategy & governance: sub-accounts, snapshots, permissions, billing/white-label setup.
• Build and QA funnels, sites, payments and product integrations — deploy high-deliverability messaging (SMS/email/WhatsApp) and AI conversation flows.
• Configure and integrate third-party APIs and webhook-based automations into GHL systems and workflows.
• Maintain CRM & calendars: pipelines, tasks, reminders, round-robin scheduling and automation hygiene.
• Build and maintain partner/affiliate centers, including multi-tier commission structures, reporting, and payout workflows.
• Deliver documentation, SOPs, enablement playbooks, and QC/compliance workflows to ensure reliability and rollback capability.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) — advanced builds, snapshots and SaaS setups.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, third-party API integrations, and GHL functional automations.
• Skilled in API/webhooks, deliverability and call-compliance best practices.
• Excellent English communication, documentation and stakeholder training skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, achieving getting things right the first time, being able to problem solve their own solutions
Nice-to-have
• Experience configuring affiliate programs, payouts, multi-tier commission structures, and reporting.
• Background in high-volume campaign deliverability and reputation management.
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses
Base fee: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month (depending on experience).
Performance incentives: Available per project / brand / funnel based on KPI achievement.
Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
