Globally, GroupM Nexus employs more than 9,000 biddable media specialists, of which 1500 are in Offshore Delivery Hubs in Mexico, Colombia, India, and Poland.
The Offshore hub in India is by far the largest of these hubs and is looking for a Training Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing technical learning programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to develop effective technical training solutions for employees.
The Role helps define the technical skills landscape of global Offshore team and would be strategic advisor for India leadership team and India talent team. This role is part of the
India offshore talent team and would report to India talent leader.
