Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides essential onsite support to the Global Workplace Services (GWS) team at our Aliso Viejo reference diagnostic laboratory. This role is designed for an early-career professional with strong customer service skills and foundational administrative experience. The position supports daily workplace operations, mail distribution, event coordination, and cross-functional projects. A high level of professionalism, service orientation, and reliability are required, as this role directly impacts the employee experience at the site.
