The Global Trade Compliance team enables CoreWeave’s rapidly expanding international operations by ensuring our global movement of goods is compliant, efficient, and strategically optimized. We partner across Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Operations to build processes, controls, and frameworks that protect the company while enabling fast, scalable global growth.

About the Role
The Global Trade Compliance Manager will lead CoreWeave’s international trade operations, overseeing global import/export compliance, customs processes, and IOR/EOR partner management. You will develop and operationalize trade compliance strategies, optimize tax and duty structures, and serve as the primary point of contact for customs authorities and regulatory bodies. This role requires deep expertise in global trade regulations, hands-on operational execution, and the ability to build robust controls that scale with CoreWeave’s rapid global expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide trade compliance strategies, processes, policies, and procedures for global import/export operations.
  • Manage relationships with customs authorities, regulatory agencies, customs brokers, and IOR/EOR service partners across all regions.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export laws, including export controls, trade sanctions, and IOR/EOR-related requirements.
  • Review and validate customs documentation—classification, valuation, origin determination—including those managed through IOR/EOR partners.
  • Identify and execute strategies for tax and duty optimization, including trade programs, FTZ, and duty drawback programs.
  • Oversee audits of import/export activities, including those involving third-party IOR/EOR providers, and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance trade compliance policies, procedures, and global IOR/EOR partnership frameworks.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance reports, metrics, and exception summaries to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve trade compliance issues and support international expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, customs requirements, and global trade trends, including IOR/EOR best practices.
  • Build and maintain a professional network within the trade compliance field.
  • Lead the deployment of global trade compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulations, operational needs, IOR/EOR frameworks, and CoreWeave’s business objectives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Customs, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade compliance or customs-specific role.
  • Proven expertise managing IOR/EOR service partners, including oversight of multi-country third-party providers.
  • Experience with global asset transfers and managing diverse legal entity networks.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S., Canadian, and international import/export regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in import/export operations, compliance program management, and tax/duty optimization.
  • Experience managing interactions with customs authorities, trade regulatory agencies, and IOR/EOR partners (e.g., CARM, ACE).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, trade compliance management systems, and ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred).
  • Experience in the high-performance computing or technology sector is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 25–50%.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting high-growth, multi-region supply chain environments.
  • Familiarity with emerging international trade automation or compliance technologies.
  • Certifications such as CCS, CES, CUSECO, or similar.
