Technical support

  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues

Product training

  • Maintain certification as a certified trainer
  • Develop training courses
  • Plan, prepare and deliver training courses

Knowledge database

  • Contribute knowledge
  • Review and approve entries created by others

Participate in project development for new processes, systems, organization, etc.

Support and training will be provided to internal and external customers globally.

This position is office-based, will involve weekend shifts (home-based), and requires occasional international travel (on average 2 weeks per quarter).

  • Master’s or Ph.D. Degree in natural science (biology, biotechnology or medicine) or a comparable scientific education;
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Extensive experience in different biological fields like immunology, hematology, oncology, neuroscience, and/or stem cell biology;
  • Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, microscopy, high-content analysis, cell processing, transfusion medicine and/or medical devices;
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential;
  • Additional desired languages: Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German.
