Global Team Lead Mobile Solutions

As Global Team Lead Mobile Solutions, you will be leading an international team responsible for a portfolio of mobile applications used by internal employees as well as our customers. Your team manages mobile applications for different stakeholders (eBusiness, Digital Solutions, Technical Customer Service...) on a global scale. Your role is to ensure the highest quality and stability of the products and together with your business partners, drive further developments using the latest technologies to achieve the best results for our users.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

Lead an international team of project managers and developers.

Ensure the constant development of the team, e.g. through regular performance evaluations and the definition of suitable training and development measures.

Manage, monitor and control of our operative projects including offer calculations, budget/employee planning and vendor selection.

Work together with global Business teams to achieve the best solutions to our end users.

Drive the mobile strategy to increase efficiency and/or development quality.

Ensure compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

• Academic degree in computer science , another technical field or an equivalent qualification
• ​​Multiple​ years of work experience in project work / management in an agile environment
• ​​Thorough​ knowledge of ​mobile application development​
• Experience in leading teams or at least experience in functional/ project leadership with a very strong ambition to lead teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
• Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required
• Open to travel up to 15%, incl. business trips abroad
