Job Description

  • Work with Appier's leaders to advise and support the business' priority talent needs internationally and locally.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent.
  • Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep up with industry knowledge and talent market news. Respond quickly to the market changes accordingly.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional work experience.
  • 2 years of end to end recruitment support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruiting leadership experience is plus but not a must.
  • Experience engaging overseas candidates and senior level candidates.
  • Thrive in navigating ambiguity in a high growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Native or near native proficiency in English.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Additional Language skill would be a plus.
