Job Description
- Work with Appier's leaders to advise and support the business' priority talent needs internationally and locally.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent.
- Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep up with industry knowledge and talent market news. Respond quickly to the market changes accordingly.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional work experience.
- 2 years of end to end recruitment support in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruiting leadership experience is plus but not a must.
- Experience engaging overseas candidates and senior level candidates.
- Thrive in navigating ambiguity in a high growth, and dynamic environment.
- Native or near native proficiency in English.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Additional Language skill would be a plus.
