Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague for the Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator position!
Contract type: Fixed-term (1 year) – possibility of extension
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in filling our open global positions, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes. You will also be responsible for coordinating group/regional recruitment roles.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- End-to-end recruitment for roles across 7 regions and 67 countries.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and local HR teams to define requirements for open roles.
- Participate in regional/global calls to present recruitment progress.
- Advertise open positions to external and internal networks.
- Maintain communication with applicants, schedule recruitment steps, provide feedback, and manage the offer process.
- Reach out to passive candidates via recruiting emails and follow up as necessary.
- Solicit referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
- Maintain organized candidate databases.
- Deliver recruitment HR reports.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with prior experience in a corporate environment and international recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for international profiles, ideally in a SaaS or B2B services environment.
- English – mandatory (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, or German) – highly desirable.
- Experience recruiting B2B sales roles and senior profiles across multiple countries.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, especially in cold calling and recruiting emails.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Sense of urgency and adaptability to new challenges.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Capacity to navigate uncertainties effectively.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Familiarity with hiring practices in multiple countries.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive analysis reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
