Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Manager

New York , United States

AI overview

Lead strategic alliances with top professional services firms to drive revenue and integration of ComplyAdvantage into their risk transformation projects.

The Role

We are looking for a GSI Manager to spearhead our alliances with the world’s leading consultancy and professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Sutherland).

This is not a traditional reseller role. You will be responsible for building a "sell-with" and "influence" ecosystem, ensuring that ComplyAdvantage is the preferred technology provider within the GSIs' multi-million dollar Risk & Compliance transformation projects. You understand how these firms operate, how their partners are incentivized, and how to position ComplyAdvantage as a value-add to their service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alliance Leadership: Build and execute the GTM strategy for a portfolio of GSI partners, focusing on moving from informal referrals to structured, repeatable revenue streams.
  • Navigate Complex Organizations: Identify and build relationships with key Stakeholders, Practice Leads, and Partners within the GSIs’ Financial Crime and Risk Advisory practices.
  • Influence & Pipeline Generation: Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue by embedding ComplyAdvantage into the GSIs’ "Client Transformation Roadmaps" and "Managed Services" offerings.
  • Co-Selling & Engagement: Act as the bridge between ComplyAdvantage Direct Sales and GSI Account Teams to facilitate joint account planning and winning complex, multi-party deals.
  • Enablement: Educate GSI consultants and practitioners on our AI-driven data and API capabilities, ensuring they can confidently advocate for our solutions during client engagements.
  • Commercial Strategy: Work with legal and leadership to structure complex alliance agreements, including teaming agreements and referral frameworks.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as a feedback loop between the GSIs (who are on the front lines of regulatory change) and our Product team to ensure our roadmap stays ahead of market trends.

About You

  • The GSI Pedigree: 5+ years of experience, ideally having worked within a GSI (Deloitte, PwC, etc.) in a BD/Alliances capacity, or having successfully managed GSIs for a high-growth SaaS firm.
  • The "Consultative" Mindset: You don't just sell software; you understand how software solves the broader business problems (efficiency, regulatory scrutiny, cost of compliance) that GSIs are hired to fix.
  • Networker & Navigator: You are adept at navigating the matrixed environments of professional services firms and know how to find the "Power Base" within a practice.
  • Strong Communicator: You can hold your own in a room with GSI Partners and C-suite clients, articulating complex technical value in a clear, business-centric way.
  • Self-Starter: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable building a "business within a business."
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with AML, KYC, or the broader FinTech/RegTech landscape is a significant advantage.

What’s in it for you?

  • Equity as we want you to have a part of what we are building
  • Unlimited Time Off Policy- A work-life balance and focus on our well-being are critical to keeping us performing at our best
  • Hybrid working- We want you to strike a balance and be where you do your best work.  You will work with your manager to agree on what is best for you and your team
