Develop sourcing strategies for Professional Services, driving improvements in cost, quality, and vendor performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing the sourcing strategies for the Professional Services category. The person in this position would be recognized as the sourcing expert for Professional Services categories, would liaison with legal, act as Procurement ambassador to the business and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure strong alignment with business objectives and a deep understanding of strategic priorities.
The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager integrates closely with the business to co‑develop and execute strategic initiatives, drives improvements in key metrics such as cost, quality, deliverables and cycle-time and negotiation strategies serving as a trusted, value‑added sourcing partner, advising requestors on contract terms and conditions, monitoring contract cost, scope, and performance to ensure compliance, best value and continuous pricing validation and improvement.
The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager will recommend cost savings proposals including alternative sourcing and will exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
The position requires knowledge and experience in managing Professional services but not limited to HR Services, Call centers, top finance firms, tax and payroll services, management and consulting services, quality and audit, recruiting agencies and more. The Strategic Sourcing Manager ensures business stakeholders are effectively supported in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
