About the Internship
Are you curious about how TikTok, Google, or Amazon ads actually work behind the scenes? Want to gain real global business experience before you even graduate?
Join Aleph’s Global Sales Internship Program, a one-month, immersive learning experience where you’ll shadow local sales professionals, work on real business tasks, and connect virtually with interns from 4 continents.
This isn’t a classroom or university program. It’s your first step into the real world of digital advertising, guided by the sales teams who power some of the biggest campaigns in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shadow experienced local salespeople during live meetings, calls, and client interactions.
Learn how global platforms are sold and managed in your region.
Take part in weekly online training sessions with Aleph’s sales enablement team.
Connect with interns from around the world in guided group discussions.
Complete a Capstone Project based on your market and pitch your ideas to leaders.
Receive feedback and mentorship from professionals in your own country

Sales techniques: how to prospect, pitch, and close deals

CRM tools, sales analytics, and client relationship management

Where You'll Be Working
You’ll be based in your local Aleph office. This is where you will:

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Current students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Economics, English, Modern Languages or a related field.
- Interested in digital media, advertising, sales, client management, technology platforms, or global business.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious, adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn by doing.
- Comfortable working with people, joining discussions, asking questions, and receiving feedback.
- Interested in developing skills in sales, commercial strategy, client relationships, and digital platforms.
- Available full-time from 1 July to 31 July 2026.
- Able to work from Aleph’s Lagos office according to the hybrid work model.

- Experience from university projects, student organisations, internships, part-time jobs, volunteering, or extracurricular activities.
- Exposure to sales, marketing, customer service, business development, communications, or digital media.
- Interest in online advertising, social media platforms, e-commerce, creator economy, or performance marketing.
- Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, presentations, CRM tools, analytics, or business reporting.
- Experience working in teams or presenting ideas to others.
Preferred Skills and Interests
Previous work experience is not required, but we would value candidates who have:
