As a Rewards Specialist at Insider, you will play a key role in ensuring that our people operations run seamlessly from compensation and offers to performance cycles and rewards analytics.
You will partner closely with all departments, especially with Finance and People & Culture, to ensure every step of the rewards process is data-driven, compliant, and aligned with company strategy.
What you will do day in and day out:
You will manage offer preparation and approval workflows, ensuring compensation proposals are within budget, internally consistent, and aligned with our global pay philosophy.
You will track and coordinate compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, and promotions, partnering with People & Culture and Finance teams.
You will analyze and monitor compensation data, providing insights on pay ranges, job grades, and segment structures across the company.
You will support HR data reporting, preparing analytics on headcount, compensation trends, and internal equity.
You will own offer issuance and follow-up, ensuring candidates receive timely communication and smooth transitions through onboarding.
You will support offboarding and exit processes to ensure compliance and consistency in pay, benefits, and documentation.
You will continuously improve processes, driving efficiency and accuracy across all compensation-related workflows.
We’d love to hear from you if:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
You have 2–4 years of experience in compensation, rewards, HR operations, or finance, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with precision.
You’re data-driven and confident in analyzing HR data, pay structures, and compensation benchmarks.
You’re a strong communicator who builds trust across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
You’re proactive, accountable, and thrive in high-growth, evolving environments.
You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
