Your Journey as a Recruitment Trainee

You will be guided and trained to:

• Support the recruitment team in managing vacancies across multilingual markets
• Assist in sourcing and pre-screening candidates through various tools and platforms
• Participate in interviews and candidate follow-up under the supervision of a Recruitment Manager
• Contribute to enhancing candidate experience and internal communication processes
• Collaborate with a young, multicultural team and gain real exposure to international recruitment operations

Requirements

What We are Looking For

• Based in Vila Nova de Famalicão or nearby
• Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related areas
• Passion for people, communication, and multicultural environments
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment
