Overview
We’re looking for a Global Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. Our Global Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment efforts across our locations in Zurich, Germany, USA and more! You’ll be collaborating closely with the wider people and finance team, as well as providing the overall recruiting support to the entire organization. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally, utilizing various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
  • Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and non-technical roles across multiple disciplines, including robotics engineering, software development, computer vision, product management, and more
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication, valuable feedback, and personalized support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and establish recruitment priorities aligned with business objectives
  • Stay informed on industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies, identify emerging skill sets, and make data-driven decisions
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to streamline efficiency, improve candidate quality, and enhance the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with a focus on technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of autonomous robotics, and related technologies
  • 3+ years experience recruiting in multiple locations, ideally in Switzerland and Germany & the United States
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment
  • CH/EU citizenship required
