You find solutions to problems others can’t see yet, and enjoy the challenge of making things better.  The Global Program Associate role insists that you enjoy working with founders across the world, enhancing our systems and tools to better the experience for them; you are also one to derive joy from things working out smoothly and seamlessly, supporting your team to succeed in our globally-run programs. Essential Functions
  • Drive and support the implementation of all Market Launch programs globally through seamless workflows and optimized resources provided to the Program Directors and Managers
  • Work closely with Program Directors and Managers across the world to implement their programs (you will be working on a few batches at the same time)
  • Manage our Airtable (or what you think may be a good replacement) bases, enhancing our workflows and processes
  • Be in charge of setting up processes for the Market Launch team, e.g. screening, interviewing, and selection of startups for our programs, and sending out batch emails, website, and other information for founders, etc. 
  • Work closely with local program coordinators to manage 3rd party vendors and run events operations
  • Work closely with the marketing and events team to track data and outcomes of campaigns
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to help the firm understand insights and opportunity areas
  • Work cross-functionally across teams and departments to ensure timely delivery and quality in all we do
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in startups, VC, tech, consulting, or project management roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to take initiative and lead projects from start to finish
  • Experience managing projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment under pressure
  • Global and cultural awareness; comfortable working in diverse, international settings
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with using AI tools
  • Ability to travel (up to 30% of the time)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, G-Suite, Notion)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and managing processes, workflows, and systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize founder and ecosystem-related data into actionable insights
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable Automation, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Proactive use of AI tools to enhance experiences and efficiency
