YOUR ROLE
You will collaborate with all global stakeholders to drive and implement the global product strategy across all baby brands, product types, and markets. The breadth and responsibility of this role is incredibly unique — you will learn all necessary steps to take a product from an idea to an international success. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will own the end-to-end journey of bringing products to life — from the first spark of an idea through to a finished product on shelves across the globe. As the baby team expands into new markets, retailers, and product categories, you will be the critical link that translates commercial needs into tangible, compliant, and market-ready products — delivered on time, every time.
You will build direct relationships with stakeholders across every function and every continent, becoming the go-to person for product knowledge, timelines, and execution. The decisions you make and the standards you set will directly shape the direction of our brands and the impact they have
CORE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project and Timeline Management
End-to-end project management for all allocated markets' product-related projects, including new products, customisations, and continuous improvements, as well as ad hoc projects such as retailer displays.
Timeline management — proactively obtain all information needed and drive each development milestone to deliver market-leading products on time.
Product Development and Innovation
Drive insights-led product creation, coordinating both lab and field testing of our products.
Create and manage design briefs for world-class product packaging.
Identify gaps in the market and help ideate product opportunities and improvements.
Educate and upskill wider teams within the baby business on our products and technologies.
Regulatory and Compliance
Collaborate with legal, regulatory teams, and merchandisers to ensure our products and packaging meet all necessary requirements of the customer, market, and appropriate jurisdiction.
Develop new product claims, ensuring legally approved substantiation exists for every claim in each market.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Operations
Collaborate closely with the teams in China to drive manufacturing efficiencies and cost savings across the supply chain, improving speed to market.
Assist in the creation of both internally and externally facing templates and documents to standardise our product development process and professionalise our external data presentation.
Ensure our benchmark product performance data bank is up to date, managing in-house and third-party testing.
Improve data accuracy and accessibility for our global stakeholders.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience and Qualifications
• 1-2 years’ experience in a product development, supply chain, or operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, science, or a business-related field.

• Exceptionally organised with strong timeline management skills.
• Superior attention to detail — able to juggle and filter information from many sources to determine the best path forward.
• Confident in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising effectively.
• Problem solver with a solution-focused approach.
• Confident communicator with global teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
