GPD Job Description

  1. Lead a team to conduct product development /deployment activities to meet KPI.

  2. Oversee daily development activities, drive execution, control quality of development work of the team

  3. Raise up consistent constructive suggestions and actions to achieve and exceed KPIs;

  4. Coach teammates to handle the difficult cases raised by customer or functional teams;

  5. Predict problems and provide solutions;

  6. Work proactively with related parties to make things happen;

  7. Involve in the department's project and play the key role.

  1. Strong Critical Thinking Skills
    Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex situations logically, evaluate multiple perspectives, and make well-informed decisions based on data and context.

  2. Effective Problem Solving
    Proactive and detail-oriented in identifying root causes of issues and developing practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions with minimal supervision.

  3. Excellent Communication Skills
    Clear, concise, and professional in both verbal and written communication; capable of conveying complex information effectively across diverse audiences.

  4. Proficiency in English
    Strong command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and adapt tone as appropriate to the audience.

  5. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
    Proficient in key functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation; able to analyze and present data accurately.

  6. Positive Attitude & Eagerness to Learn
    Brings a can-do mindset, embraces feedback constructively, and actively seeks out opportunities for growth and improvement.

  7. Team-Oriented, Self-Starter & Detail-Oriented
    Works effectively both independently and within a team; self-motivated to take initiative, manage time efficiently, and ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Research & Development roles, with a focus on master data management.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Project or similar ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in data entry, data validation, and data analysis.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

  • Certification in Oracle applications or relevant master data management tools.

  • Experience in a project-based environment.
