The Global Procurement Manager Facility and Corporate Services will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Unilabs' business operations through strategic procurement activities. This position requires specific expertise with Real Estate, Facility and Professional services procurement projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies in this area, building and optimizing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy:

· Develop and implement procurement strategies for Facility and Corporate Services considering total cost, quality, and delivery performance.

· Ensure alignment the with company objectives and business requirements.

2. Supplier Management:

· Identify, evaluate, and select suitable service providers.

· Achieve and contract the best financial conditions and service levels with suppliers.

· Manage relationships with service providers and partners, to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

3. Cost Optimization:

· Conduct regular cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

· Implement strategies to optimize the spend in this business area, such as suppliers’ consolidation, specs optimization, and properties portfolio management.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

· Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor service provider performance.

· Regularly review supplier performance data and drive corrective actions where necessary.

· Prepare and present reports on the procurement activities and performance to senior management.

· Establish strong Internal collaboration with key strategic stakeholders

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

· Proven experience (8-10 years) in procurement, specifically in Real Estate, Facility and Professional services.

· Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

· Full proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
