Your career as a Global People Support Specialist at Booksy will give you the unique opportunity to act as the backbone of our People & Culture department. You'll provide essential tier 1 and tier 2 HR support to our global workforce of just over 1000 employees.

This is a transformative moment to join the team. You won't just contribute to operational excellence; you'll partner with the Global Head of People Support to design, build, and optimize P&C processes, workflows, and SOPs from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in shaping the Global People Support operating model globally, establishing scalable processes tailored to the European landscape, with a focus on Poland.

You'll take the lead in ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, accurate data management, and exceptional employee service. You’ll oversee compliance-driven tasks and support the rollout of global standards while expertly adapting processes to local legislative nuances, especially within the Polish context.

You'll own and drive:

  • Operational Excellence: You'll manage a broad range of People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to data updates and time-off management.
  • Compliance and Localisation: You'll act as the primary operational support for Europe, overseeing tasks to ensure Booksy remains compliant with HR requirements, especially in Poland.
  • System Transformation: You'll identify opportunities to automate and integrate across tools and systems (including HRIS and case management platforms) to simplify workflows, eliminate manual touchpoints, and improve scalability.
  • Process Design: You'll support the development of process documentation, handbooks, and reporting tools that ensure transparency and consistency across all GPS operations.
  • Complex Case Management: You will be involved in more complex employee cases, including involuntary terminations, employee relations, and performance management

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Experience in scaling operations using technology, including automation, HRIS, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong Polish labour law expertise.
  • Fluency in Polish & English languages.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for innovation and streamline processes.
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of tasks with urgency, precision, and strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in tracking and analysing HRIS data and people metrics, with strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and build dashboards and reports that enhance P&C processes.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of global people policies, processes, and workflows, with a focus on ensuring compliance, scalability, and delivering a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
