About Dialectica

Dialectica is at the forefront of connecting investors and businesses with hard-to-find expert knowledge, empowering better decision making for our clients. We are embarking on an ambitious project that can redefine the access to unique, proprietary insights that sit in the minds of millions of knowledge workers around the globe.

Our team of +1,400 professionals in 6 offices spanning 3 continents, works with top-tier investment funds, management consulting firms, and Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Dialectica has been recognized as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies by the Financial Times for 5 years in a row.

About the Role

As our Global People Operations Manager, you won’t just manage a team; you will design the engine that powers our global growth. You will lead a global high-performing team to deliver a seamless, data-driven employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.

You are a hyper-logical thinker who views "People" through the lens of process optimization. You’ll be responsible for everything from the "perfect" onboarding to complex global mobility strategies, ensuring our Greek entity remains a benchmark for excellence while supporting our international footprint.

What you will do

  • Hands-on Operational Leadership: Actively manage and mentor a team of People Ops professionals, rolling up your sleeves to provide functional direction and set high-performance KPIs. You will foster a "Dream Team" culture of radical transparency and ownership.
  • Global Team Unification: Transition siloed regional efforts into a single, cohesive global People Ops team. You will ensure that team members across different time zones are aligned with a shared vision and consistent standards of excellence.
  • Global Process Engineering: Audit, unify, and automate the employee lifecycle (onboarding, life-cycle changes, offboarding) to create a seamless experience worldwide. You believe that if a task is done twice, it should be automated to scale our global operations.
  • Practical Compliance & Governance: Serve as the hands-on subject matter expert for Labor Law, ensuring strict global compliance across B2B service markets, including the UK, US, and EU.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Leverage HRIS data (HiBob) to identify real-world trends in turnover, engagement, and cost-per-hire. You will use these insights to optimize internal workflows and improve the efficiency of the global People Ops function.
  • Direct Vendor Management: Manage the day-to-day relationships with global payroll providers, PEOs, and health insurance brokers. You will take the lead in negotiating and auditing these services to ensure the best ROI and service quality across all regions.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 6+ years in People Ops, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech or B2B services company.
  • The "Dialectica" Mindset: A "Get It Done" attitude. You are comfortable with ambiguity and move fast without breaking compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems and automation tools. Experience with SQL or data visualization (Tableau/Looker) is a significant plus.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of international payroll, global mobility, and Greek employment regulations.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Law, or a STEM subject. We value logical thinking as much as HR theory.

What you will get out of it

  • Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives.
  • Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan.
  • Hybrid work model & extra personal/flex days and paid volunteer days a year for your favourite cause.
  • Company-sponsored team-bonding events.
  • Weekly health & wellness activities, gym discounts, healthy breakfast, snacks and beverages.
  • Entrepreneurial culture and amazing coworkers!
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career in a highly multicultural team within a global organization.
