This is a customer facing position, excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required, must be process oriented for escalations and notifications for management and the candidate will need to work with applications & applications support teams for CRM, SharePoint, Exchange, Citrix, & Web based apps for outages and service delays and work closely with service providers globally for degraded or circuit outages.

• Primary Tool UIM i.e. (NimSoft)


• Application Tools


• ASM, Thousand Eyes


• Riverbeds Web Analytics General knowledge and experience with; Windows 2003 / 2008 and UNIX based servers, starting services, IIS Resets, server reboots, Cisco routers and switches is a plus.
