Position Summary:
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming the international hiring experience at UHN and support initiatives such as the Canada Leads 100 Challenge Program. You will partner with the business and Talent Acquisition to deliver high-quality, effective, and consistent support throughout the onboarding process for international new hires. With your experience in all aspects of Canadian immigration regulations, including LMIA/LMIA-exempt applications, you will be a driving force in empowering and expanding UHN’s global workforce. You will also provide advice and support for identified international new hires on various aspects of settling into life in Canada, including housing, healthcare, family services, recreation, and financial services. Your expertise and dedication will help international new hires feel welcomed and supported, making their transition to UHN and Canada a positive and enriching experience.
