Global Mobility & Policy Manager

The Global Mobility & Policy Manager will manage internal policies on travel, mobility, and expat management, ensuring seamless processes and global support. This role optimizes travel arrangements, enhances expat experiences, and maintains structured policies to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in streamlining processes to balance employee experience with company goals.

Global Mobility & Travel Management

  • Serve as the main contact for expats, supporting onboarding, work arrangements, visas, and relocations.
  • Oversee corporate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and optimizing costs.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts for corporate travel services.
  • Track expat assignments, travel expenses, and policy compliance.
  • Act as a liaison for expats and employees, ensuring smooth mobility and travel processes.
  • Address inquiries and improve employee experience in global mobility.

Policy Development

  • Develop, update, and communicate policies on travel, mobility, and expat management.
  • Ensure adherence to key HR policies, including Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, and Data Protection.
  • Work with Legal and Finance to align policies with business needs.
  • Provide guidance and training on policy-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or related discipline).
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with expats, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Experienced in global mobility, corporate travel management, HR operations, or policy administration.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with travel booking systems, policy documentation, and expense tracking tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams.
