Role Summary:

We're looking for a Global Marketing Manager to grow our brand across APAC. You'll lead external and employer branding, working with leadership to drive marketing campaigns that boost visibility and support business growth.

Role:

Marketing

  1. Conduct market research on competitors and prospects in APAC and EMEA (UK focus).
  2. Work with the revenue team leads to develop targeted marketing outreach strategies.
  3. Connect with prospective clients through networking events.
  4. Build relationships with media outlets through networking events, industry events and have a strong contact list you can reach out to.
  5. Design and implement a marketing plan for APAC and EMEA (UK focus) with input from the Business Development Director and Managing Director.
  6. Prepare pitch materials and presentations to attract new clients in APAC and EMEA (UK focus)
  7. This role is split approximately 80% APAC and 20% EMEA

Content

  1. Great at long-form written content to support building the company’s brand through various channels. 
  2. Build our social media presence by creating a content calendar of posts that are trending for marketing agencies and relevant to inhousing.
  3. Experienced at creating content (perhaps even a Creator in your own right) as this is a key part of the role
  4. Community management of the LinkedIn page
  5. Create a weekly 1 pager of what’s working, what’s not and recommendations

Employer Branding

  1. Work with the Talent Experience Director in strengthening employer branding.

You:

  1. 8+ years of experience in either of these roles - Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
  2. Able to manage the process and people to deliver proposals and marketing deliverables on time.. 
  3. Able to work independently with limited supervision and effectively navigate across various levels, roles and personality types easily.
  4. Strong communication skills are imperative as you will represent the company to senior stakeholders across APAC and EMEA. 
  5. Experienced in using content creation tools (i.e Photoshop, ProCreate, AI tools) with a love for creating content. 
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  7. A positive individual who can motivate and inspire and doesn’t shy away from targets.
  8. High tolerance and appreciation towards ambiguity and change.
  9. First-hand experience in marketing for an agency is a must for this role.
