About the job  

As a Finance and Strategy Manager for BEES Financial Services, you’ll be instrumental in driving outcomes for all credit and payments services within BEES B2B business. You will be responsible on consolidating all financials results of our countries, target efficiencies and build new growth avenues for our businesses. You will also be responsible of building business case, C-level documents and analysis and support verticals with new ventures and planning. 

What you'll do  

• Own the budget and planning process for the Fintech area, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead Fintech Planning and Performance Management, overseeing financial forecasting, cost analysis, and resource allocation.
• Track and monitor key targets for financial services, ensuring performance is measured against strategic goals.
• Ensure global consistency in reporting of financial services success metrics.
• Be the owner of the global financial services P&L.
• Lead communications and influence a range of audiences, including C-level executives.
• Work on the priorities of BEES Financial Services and determine how best to solve the company’s biggest opportunities and most challenging problems.
• Develop reporting mechanisms and feedback loops that ensure continuous oversight, risk mitigation, and timely action based on learnings.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to BEES leadership and the broader organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations, financial and headcount investments, launch plans, and enable a transition to long-term owners.

What you'll bring  

• At least 7+ years overall career experience
• At least 5+ years experience in a management consulting, banking, large tech organization or B2B financial services
• Experience delivering large-scale projects and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and globally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data analysis into simple communications.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation design, teamwork, spreadsheet and data processing tool skills.
• English mandatory
• Masters degree a plus
