Your mission
HR Consulting & SupportConsulting for managers and employeesSupport and advice for managers and employees on all legal and HR-related matters at national and international level.
General HR ManagementCarrying out general HR management in accordance with local legal and operational regulations and guidelines.
Cooperation with the Works CouncilClose cooperation with the Works Council and advising management on all matters relating to co-determination, in compliance with the legal framework, in particular the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Employee Lifecycle ManagementManaging the entire employee lifecycle, including all upstream and downstream processes, both nationally and internationally.
Payroll ResponsibilityResponsibility for payroll processing for the branch in Germany and ensuring a smooth payroll process.
Collaboration with external partnersInteraction and correspondence with external HR service providers, social security providers and authorities.
HR Administration & Compliance
HR AuditsCentral point of contact for HR audits and ensuring the necessary documentation and compliance.
HR System AdministrationAdministration and maintenance of the Personio HR software, as well as ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR data.
Your skills
Qualifications & Professional ExperienceEducation and Academic BackgroundA successfully completed degree, for example in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or a comparable qualification.
HR Professional ExperienceAt least 4 years’ professional experience in operational, strategic and generalist HR work within a dynamic environment, ideally with an international dimension.
Knowledge of employment lawGood knowledge of employment law, as well as tax, social security and works council law.
Personal skills
Communication skills and professional demeanourStrong communication skills and a confident, professional manner when dealing with various stakeholders.
Intercultural competenceHigh level of intercultural sensitivity combined with empathy and a respectful approach to colleagues and managers.
Assertiveness and resilienceNot afraid of challenges, with the ability to drive issues forward in a solution-oriented manner and to implement decisions.
Working style & skills
Structured and independent working styleAn independent, structured approach to work with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
Language skillsFluent in German and very good written and spoken English.
System and tool knowledgeProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as experience with HR software solutions, ideally Personio.
