Global Head of Structured Products - Senior Vice President / Managing Director

About the Role

 iCapital is looking to hire a Senior Vice President or Managing Director to be the Global Head of Structured Products. This individual will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and execution of the firm’s Structured Products technology platform and related client‑facing functions on a global basis.

This role represents the most senior leadership position for Structured Products and will oversee multiple teams spanning platform leadership, Structured Investments operations, relationship management, and international expansion. The position is intended for an MD‑caliber leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels across a growing, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Structured Products technology platform, setting strategy, priorities, and execution plans aligned with firm wide objectives.
• Own end to end platform performance, including product delivery, operational effectiveness, scalability, and client outcomes.
• Oversee senior leaders and teams across Structured Products platform leadership and Structured Investments Operations
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management across multiple functional and geographic teams.
• Evolve the organizational structure to support growth, scale, and global reach.
• Serve as a senior point of engagement for key internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams to ensure alignment across product, technology, operations, and distribution.
• Drive the continued evolution and global expansion of the Structured Products platform.
• Support international growth initiatives in partnership with regional and global stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in structured products and/or leading a structured products team
• Deep experience in structured products, alternative investments, or complex financial technology platforms
• Proven track record leading large, multi‑layered teams at a senior executive level
• Strong strategic orientation with hands‑on execution capability
• Experience operating at the senior vice president or managing director level with enterprise‑wide impact
• Deep understanding of financial markets, structured investments, and platform‑based solutions
• Series 7 and 24 licenses

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $225,000.00 to $300,000.00.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
