  • Champion a continuous improvement and transformation mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost optimisation.
  • Lead the controlled expansion of the shared services remit into additional functional areas, working closely with stakeholders and managing well-governed transitions.
  • Own service delivery performance, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing performance gaps, and confidently managing stakeholder expectations and escalations.
  • Act as the on-site Functional Finance Expert, providing guidance, coaching, and technical leadership to strengthen accounting, financial management, and problem-solving capabilities within the team.
  • Head all finance shared services activities excluding the India sales entity, and partner closely with the VP Entrance Control India to ensure smooth and effective operations at the Gurugram site.

  • Prepare, review, and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrate exceptional people management capability, with the ability to lead teams through change, growth, and increasing complexity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
  • Act as a role model for leadership behaviors, ethics, and professional excellence.

This role will require a deep understanding of the finance landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
