Service Express is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Global Finance Manager to lead global consolidations, forecasting, and reporting across our expanding international business. This high-impact role will partner closely with senior finance leadership, the C-suite, and Board of Directors to deliver critical financial insights and shape business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical finance expertise, a global mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives — along with prior experience mentoring or managing others in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do:

Global Financial Consolidations: Manage and streamline global consolidation processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Monthly Reporting & Forecasting: Lead monthly financial close processes, variance analysis, and prepare forecasts to provide accurate financial projections

C-suite & Board of Directors Reporting: Develop clear, concise financial reports and presentations for C-suite executives and Board of Directors, enabling strategic decision-making

KPI Tracking: Design and implement effective KPI tracking systems to monitor company performance against strategic objectives

Projections & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process, prepare annual projections, and provide financial insights to support long-term business planning

Business Case Development & Tracking: Create and monitor business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and business strategy

M&A: Provide financial analysis and due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring financial viability and integration success

Team Leadership: Manage one direct report, supporting their development, setting clear expectations, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including global consolidations and reporting
- Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and Boards
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development skills
- Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor others
- Strong communicator with a strategic, business-oriented mindset
