Global Events Manager | Sales

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of BETA’s external events—think Farnborough Airshow, industry conferences, customer engagements, aircraft showcases, and high-visibility activations with stakeholders across our industry. This role sits within the BETA Commercial team and ensures that complex events run smoothly from start to finish through meticulous logistics management, vendor coordination, on-site operations, and cross-functional communication. This role is based in South Burlington, Vermont, with travel.   How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
  • Logistics & Planning: Drive timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, shipping/transport, booth/materials setup, and all on-site logistics. 
  • Project Management: Maintain detailed project plans, run prep meetings, track deliverables, and ensure internal teams stay aligned and on schedule. 
  • Coordination & Communications: Serve as the operational hub between Commercial, Creative/Marketing, Communications, Flight Ops, and BETA leadership for assigned events. 
  • Execution: Lead on-site execution—including installation, staffing schedules, guest experience, partner coordination, and troubleshooting. 
  • Brand Standards: Work closely with BETA Creative team to ensure every event reflects BETA’s brand with consistency, polish, and intention. 
  • Post-Event: Support recaps, reporting, invoice processing, budget tracking, and retention of assets for future events. 
  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Impeccable organizational skills and a love for details. 
  • Experience coordinating complex events, ideally in aviation, tech, or high-stake industries. 
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure. 
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, creative, and business teams. 
  • Comfortable in the public eye, with an ability to interact at all levels and different cultures.  
  • Go-getter who is willing to do any task to meet the mission. 
  • Comfort with global travel and hands-on work at large events. 
  • BETA’s presence at industry shows is a crucial driver of brand perception, customer confidence, and investor visibility. You’ll play a central role in ensuring these moments land flawlessly.
