As WorkMotion continues to scale globally, the strength of our infrastructure becomes just as important as the innovation of our product. Behind our global compliance and the markets where we operate, there is a carefully maintained network of legal entities that must operate seamlessly. Our Global Entity and Partner Infrastructure team is looking for a Global Entity Infrastructure Associate who will play a central role in managing this foundation.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion’s global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
- Track and drive corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, corporate governance tasks, etc., while working with external and internal stakeholders.
- Help execute WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to manage the set-up of entities and the operating infrastructure for WorkMotion across the globe to employ compliantly worldwide.
- Source, select, and manage external partners and providers that are part of our local EOR infrastructure.
- Support with project management of various expansion or improvement initiatives related to our global infrastructure, as well as special company and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with WorkMotion’s internal Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams, and serve as a point of contact for entity-related queries.
- Maintain and update documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
- Identify and solve problems, inefficiencies, or gaps in our entity management systems and internal processes.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or other relevant field.
- 2+ years of work experience, with prior roles in international operations, project management, entity set-up/maintenance, or relevant work in legal operations or compliance management.
- Project management skills, with the ability to take lead on initiatives, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and manage timelines.
- Open-minded and organized work attitude, with the ability to respond flexibly across a varying set of topics and tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in high-paced dynamic environments.
- A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and risks, and look for solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
What excites us:
- Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination roles.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or multinational operations.
- An understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management in a global context.
- Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first or globally distributed environment.
