As Global Engineering Director, you will lead the strategic engineering and growth initiatives for the Automotive & Transportation segment, shaping innovation and delivering technical solutions on a global scale. You will define go-to-market strategies, craft engineering-led value propositions, and collaborate with regional teams to execute growth plans. This role allows you to anticipate market trends, build strategic partnerships, and influence the development of cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering capabilities and market objectives, driving measurable impact. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in high-level engineering and business initiatives, offering exposure to global operations and technological innovation.

Accountabilities

• Lead the global demand creation and go-to-market strategy for the Automotive & Transportation segment.
• Anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Develop and implement engineering-led value propositions tailored to segment applications.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key technology suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to execute growth plans, aligning engineering capabilities with market needs.
• Establish target account mapping and drive demand creation execution in partnership with sales and engineering teams.
• Work with supplier, digital, and technology marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Automotive & Transportation or related technology industries.
• Strong knowledge of engineering-driven value propositions and technical marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans across global and regional markets.
