WHO YOU ARE

The Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise Growth is responsible for driving a predictable, high-quality pipeline for Hyperproof’s Enterprise segment with focus in North America and EMEA. This role owns the strategy and execution of enterprise demand programs across acquisition and lifecycle and will need to translate data into insights, insights into recommendations, and recommendations into action.

This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure programs are focused, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.

This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and works in close collaboration with Commericial Demand Generation and Product Marketing.

WHAT YOU'll DO

  • Enterprise Demand Generation

    • Own Enterprise demand motion end to end, from acquisition through expansion readiness.
    • Drive inbound and outbound demand programs that generate Sales-accepted pipeline with strong conversion quality.
    • Ensure Enterprise programs are clearly differentiated from Commercial motions, prioritizing velocity, efficiency, and scale.
    • Own high-impact Enterprise “micro-moments” designed to create executive connection and accelerate pipeline.
    • Partner with Sales to design and execute small, curated field experiences (e.g., executive dinners, roundtables, private gatherings).

    Channel Strategy & Execution

    • Plan and execute demand programs across core channels including Paid (SEM,  LinkedIn, Retargeting), Owned (Email, Web, Nurture), SEO/GEO/AIO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). 
    • Make recommendations on where to invest, test and optimize programs for efficiency and predictability.
    • Design and run lifecycle programs that support new lead nurturing and activation, product education and adoption, expansion and cross-sell readiness in partnership with Customer Marketing.
    • Use behavioral and firmographic signals to trigger the right message at the right time.
    • Balance always-on lifecycle needs with near-term pipeline impact.

    Data, Insights and Prioritization

    • Analyze performance data across channels and lifecycle stages to identify what is working and what is not.
    • Move beyond reporting to deliver clear insights and recommendations.
    • Prioritize work based on impact, lift, and alignment to Commercial goals. (You’ll own a pipeline goal!)
    • Partner with RevOps to ensure clean tracking, attribution, and funnel visibility.

HOW YOU’LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL

  • Consistent, predictable Enterprise SQOs/pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Improved MQL → SQO → Closed Won conversion rates
  • Clear prioritization of programs tied to revenue impact
  • Strong partnership with Sales built on trust, clarity, and results

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing multiple demand channels
  • Proven lifecycle marketing experience, including nurture, activation, and expansion signals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Comfort operating in a fast-changing, resource-constrained environment
  • Clear communicator who can influence priorities across teams
  • Nice to have: Experience in security or compliance is a plus, but not required.

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
