Global Delivery Manager -Enterprise Integration

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Delivery Manager and Business Partner for Enterprise Integration to lead and manage the delivery of all global projects within our enterprise integration landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration across our global operations, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, Solace Events, SnapLogic, and Apigee.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Management:

• Lead the delivery of global enterprise integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP Integration Suite, Solace Events, SnapLogic, and Apigee across various business functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a strategic business partner to global stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment between integration projects and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Integration Evangelism:

• Serve as an integration, API and EDA evangelist, promoting the benefits and strategic importance of enterprise integration across the organization.
• Advocate for best practices and innovative integration solutions, driving awareness and adoption among stakeholders.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the integration team, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions are applied.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the integration landscape.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of delivery and integration.

Team Development:

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Encourage professional growth and development opportunities for team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience in managing global delivery projects, particularly in enterprise integration.
• Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, Solace Events, SnapLogic, and Apigee.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
