Position Overview: The Global Contract Lifecycle Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of the ONIT Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and lead continuous improvement initiatives through planned enhancements. This role requires strong expertise in contract lifecycle processes and prior hands-on experience with any CLM tool. The consultant will ensure system stability, maintain contract data integrity, and collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

System Operations & Enhancements:

  • Oversee daily operations of the ONIT CLM platform, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan and implement system enhancements and integrations in upcoming phases.
  • Gather user feedback and translate business requirements into system improvements.
  • Conduct regression testing and validation for new features or updates.
  • Support change management initiatives and provide training for new functionalities.
  • Working Closely with IT, Procurement Buyers & Legal team.

Contract Administration:

  • Post-implementation, maintain and manage all contracts within the ONIT system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor contract performance, key milestones, and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all processes are followed in accordance with company policies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries and support within the ONIT system.
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on contract-related queries and system usage.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

  • Ensure that all contract administration activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving contract management processes and system functionality, Integration with other tool, providing feedback and suggestions to the project team.
  • Support regular audits of contracts to ensure ongoing compliance and data accuracy.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance within the ONIT platform, including regular audits and validations.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate and analyse reports on contract status, system performance, and compliance metrics as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, user guides, and best practices related to ONIT and contract lifecycle management

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
  • MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management or related discipline from a renowned university or business school. (Preferred )
  • Professional certifications such as CCCM (Certified Commercial Contract Manager) or IACCM (International Association for Contract & Commercial Management) are a strong plus.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related consulting role.
  • Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience with any Contract Lifecycle Management tool (e.g., ONIT, Icertis, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with system integrations between CLM tools and ERP or procurement platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into business language and vice versa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
