About the Role

The Global Acquisition Marketing Director will lead TMGM’s global acquisition strategy, driving customer growth across all markets. The Global Acquisition Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), working closely with the CCO to align acquisition initiatives with TMGM’s global commercial strategy and expansion goals. This role oversees the entire Acquisition Marketing function, managing both the Head of Regional Acquisition and Growth (SEA) and Head of Regional Acquisition and Growth (ROW) as direct reports. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing robust, data-driven acquisition plans that fuel TMGM’s expansion in the highly competitive CFD, Crypto, and FX sectors.

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a results-oriented marketer with deep expertise in digital acquisition, analytics, and team management. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global acquisition strategy for TMGM, setting vision, KPIs, and execution plans that align with the company’s growth objectives in CFD, Crypto, and FX markets.
  • Directly manage and mentor the Head of Regional Acquisition and Growth (SEA) and Head of Regional Acquisition and Growth (ROW), ensuring regional strategies are aligned and high-performing.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition campaigns, including paid search, display, retargeting, affiliate marketing, social media, partnerships, and client-owned digital channels.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to monitor channel performance, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI, customer acquisition, and brand awareness globally.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Brand Marketing, CRM, and regional teams to ensure a unified approach to market expansion, campaign execution, and brand messaging.
  • Develop and manage the global acquisition marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum impact.
  • Build and nurture external partnerships to unlock new acquisition opportunities and drive growth in both established and emerging markets.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance within the Acquisition Marketing team, providing ongoing training and development.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain TMGM’s competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the online trading, fintech, or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing global acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across regions and cultures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the global CFD, Crypto, and FX markets, including regulatory and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
