Working with a client in the Tampa FL area who is looking to hire a GIS & Utility Surveyor in the Tampa, FL area
This will be a Full Tie Direct Hire role that is Non-Exempt. Our client offers excellent Benefits with a ton of Growth potential to grow and advance with the compnay.
Working hours are Monday - Friday (8AM to 5PM) with OT and Weekend work available depending on work load but not required
Candidates must be able to pass both a Background and Drug Test
Looking For:
Experience working as a Mapper or Surveyor (GIS and Utility)
Ideally Someone with Civil CAD 3D and MicroStation experience (To input and organize data from the field)
Understanding of “as-built” submittal requirements and Florida State Survey Standards
Drafting and Labeling Survey for the Engineering Designs
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Certified Survey Technician (CST) certification.
Knowledge of Florida-specific surveying and utility regulations
2+ years of experience in utility surveying and GIS mapping.
Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
