Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel and Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoHighLevel platform and a strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and customer journey optimization.
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Platform Management
- Configure and customize GoHighLevel CRM systems for optimal performance
- Build and manage sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms
- Set up and maintain automated email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize booking systems, calendars, and appointment scheduling workflows
- Manage contact databases, segmentation, and lead scoring systems
Strategy and Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on automation workflows, messaging, and timing
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation with business goals
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel features and best practices
- Provide training and support to team members on platform usage
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page customization
- Experience with API integrations and webhook configurations
- Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
