Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to our VIP German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Anticipate client needs and respond with personalized solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to swiftly address and resolve inquiries or issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on product offerings and service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in VIP customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong dedication to providing exemplary customer service and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
