Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your knowledge to guide customers on travel options, destinations, and Booking.com services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and positive customer experiences.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your travel product knowledge and customer support skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
