Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues while providing effective solutions.
• Assist customers in understanding product functionalities and features.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues within our support system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and support best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new lifestyle.
