German Speaking Support Centre Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing efficient and effective resolutions.
• Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them to optimize their use.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain thorough records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve recurring customer challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product advancements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required. Candidates should clearly indicate their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Technical proficiency with a knack for effective problem-solving.
• Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative approach.
