German Speaking Software Implementation Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Software Implementation Specialist! This position is based in Athens, Greece, and involves working closely with our German-speaking clients to ensure a seamless implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software implementation for German-speaking clients in various industries.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client requirements to develop customized implementation plans.
• Facilitate comprehensive training sessions to empower clients and enhance their software usage skills.
• Document the implementation process and collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in software implementation or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client training and support.
