Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a talented German Speaking Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece! As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for guiding our German-speaking clients through the full software implementation lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions we offer meet their specific business needs and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for German-speaking clients.
• Assess client needs and develop customized implementation plans for successful software integration.
• Conduct necessary training and workshops to empower clients to use the software effectively.
• Maintain documentation throughout the implementation process and capture client feedback for future enhancements.
• Work alongside project managers and developer teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Identify and address challenges or technical issues during the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset while also being able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client support and training sessions.
