German Speaking Partner Support Consultant

In this role, you will be the primary support contact for our German-speaking partners. You will assist them with their inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure they receive top-notch service. Your dedication will help strengthen our partner relationships and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to partners in German through various communication platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot partner issues promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Document interactions and provide feedback to inform service improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance our support strategies and partner experiences.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for customer service and partner engagement.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
