In this role, you will support our German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Your language proficiency and customer care skills will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships within a culturally diverse environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality multilingual support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and service abilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to exceed client expectations.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a multicultural workplace.
