Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to German-speaking customers regarding mobile applications and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Guide customers on how to utilize mobile features and address any questions.
• Document customer interactions and solutions to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your knowledge of mobile technologies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technology and applications is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
